About TiltOwl
TiltOwl is a trading journal and analytics tool for funded-futures traders, built around a directory of 46 prop firms and 227 account variants — drawdown type, daily loss limits, consistency rules, payout structures, and fees — kept current against each firm's own published terms.
How firm data is sourced
Every number in the directory comes from a firm's own live website or its own help center — never from blogs, affiliate reviews, comparison sites, forums, or secondhand scrapes. If an official source is unclear or unreachable, we mark the figure as needing a re-check rather than publish a guess.
Each account variant carries a verifiedDate shown to users as Rules checked — the last time TiltOwl confirmed those parameters on the firm's official site (fallback September 2026 when a variant has no fresher stamp). That is a catalog check date, not when any trader opened an account, and not a personal verification. A scheduled process re-checks every firm's parameters against its official site on a recurring basis and flags anything that has drifted for review — the goal is that a rule change on a firm's own site shows up here quickly rather than sitting stale.
Corrections
Firm rules change, and we can miss something. If you find a figure that no longer matches a firm's official page, tell us — link the exact page and we'll re-verify and correct it, crediting the report if you'd like.

How TiltOwl makes money
TiltOwl is a paid journaling product; some prop-firm discount codes shown in the app and directory may be affiliate arrangements that pay TiltOwl or a TiltOwl partner when you sign up through them. See the affiliate disclosure for details. Affiliate relationships never change which numbers we publish about a firm — those come only from the firm's own site.
